Sankey Strikers U13 Stormers Girls WIN Goal of the Season for Wigan Girls League

Huge congratulations to our Sankey Strikers U13 Stormers Girls, who have been crowned Goal of the Season (Part 1) winners in the Wigan Girls League!

Managed by Jeremy, Jamie and Darren, the Stormers have enjoyed a fantastic season so far, collecting success after success. This latest award is just one of many well-deserved recognitions for a team that continues to impress both on and off the pitch.

The winning goal was scored by Phoebe C, and the response from the community was incredible. A public vote saw the Stormers secure victory with 80 Facebook comments, 121 Instagram responses and an impressive 150 reshares in support of the goal.
